Hi Bob and Elly, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful
catering job on Marks birthday.You were all so professional and helpful! The food was amazing.
The next day (we cleaned up the party trash with a lot of family help early
the next morning) and we all were enjoying an amazing lunch with some yummy fajita leftovers . I hope you
would welcome my call for help in the future. I so appreciated your professionalism, your communication,
letting me know exactly what I would need and what I would not need to worry about, and of course, your food.

One of the teenage boys wanted to take home all of the chicken fajitas to his house.
The party was a perfect way for me to celebrate turning 50 years young.
It would not have been the same without your friendly service and winning personalities.
I have received a special request from my daughter and her best friend to make your salad
dressing for their upcoming Graduation Open House at our home in June.
