It's Graduation Time.
How fast the years go by. From preschool, to Elementary School, to Middle School, to High School,

We know what teenagers love to eat.
We will come to your location and set up a chicken fajita station, and fill the air with the mouth
watering aromas of citrus marinaded, and southwest seasoned, chicken thighs. Sizzling on the grill
with sliced
mild peppers and onions. Complimented with cheese, beef or Monterrey quesadillas.
We can set up a taco station with all the condiments of
sour cream, guacamole, cheese and diced tomatoes. Topped with our own special taco sauce.
Served alongside mini-chimichangas that are filled with
shredded beef, cheese, potatoes, and mild ortega chili's. Deep fried at your location
to a crisp golden brown, so they are hot
and fresh and then topped with a delicious cranberry chipolte sauce.
